Federal grants of land were common during the 19th century, but cash grants-in-aid were not made until the next century. why was the reason for this change

Federal land grants are the distribution of particular acres of land for the families and households of US citizenship. These lands were provided under the Homestead Act after the Louisianan purchase which was popular during the nineteenth century.

abraham lincoln, according to anyone who was connected with agriculture, represented the worst of northern politicians. shortly after lincoln was elected, south carolina seceded from the union. they along with other southern states, retained their anger. in a way, it was their own fault: the democrats were split in the south. some wanted slavery to be extended in other states that were about to join the union and some didn't want it badly enough. lincoln had a solid backing from his party: the republicans were united in not wanting slavery to be expanded.

the punishment for breaking the law would depend on the conditions or the seriousness of the law being broken, if he or she breaks the law while doing some great discovery or invention then it would classify as a scientific fraud. there are other words to describe the crime but scientific fraud would be the harshest one.
