We still to this day live by the Constitution ( or are supposed to).

We have a working "Checks & Balances" system that makes sure each branch of government (Executive, Judicial, & Legislative) don't hold to too much power.

Example: "The president nominates federal officials, but the Senate confirms those nominations."

well that depends on how deep the hole is. you'd first go through te crust of the earth, then the upper mantle, then the lower mantle then the outer core, then the inner cor then you'd be stuck in the core to melt.

i would say the executive branch is because the executive branch is in charge of enforcing the laws and judicial branch is in charge of enforcing but the executive branch is most responsible for it all so i would have to say the executive branch.
