Why is studying human environment interaction necessary to understand the economic geography of the arabian peninsula in the time of muhammad

The environment interaction of humans show how humans react and live with the surrounding environment it hence the study of human environment interaction is very important to see and understand the economic geography of Arabian Peninsula.

During the reign of Muhammad there was a total lack of any political organisation at that time  and sense the area was drive for most part of the Year  the human settlements were not flourishing either ways.

The crust of this area all the has abundant oil supply but this was not very worthy at that time  since human settlements needed  natural resources to survive on.
