Describe the main reasons for the great economic growth in the united states following the civil war

The civil war of America took place during 1862-1865. The war was between The Confederate states and the Union. The war was one of the most bloodiest and significant war on the American history.

But after the end of civil war United States experienced a great economic growth. There were several reasons behind this growth.Some of the important reasons are stated below.

*Improve of industrial mechanism: During the civil war the Union developed their system of agriculture by adopting the machinery system. The production rate increased after using this system.

*Flow of immigrants: During the civil war a flow European immigrants came to the freed states by Unions. They were allotted land and provided machinery for agriculture which strengthened the production of the states.

* Industrial development: After civil war the the north side emerged a fabulous development in the industrial production. The government took necessary steps to take forward the industrial education which accelerated the growth of economy,

*Expansion of railroad: During the civil war the north side developed a huge rail road. They were both used for transportation goods and also for military purpose. However  after the civil war this rail roads make a great impact on the transportation which effected the growth of economy.
