Unfettered businesses are by far the most dangerous things because in that way, anything can be done for money. False advertisement, toxic remedies, expired food and so on.

Regulations on business are meant not only to prevent bad practices in the market, but also to protect the costumers from evil behaviors with the only goal of making more money.
