explain the basic disagreement between the federalists and anti-federalists and how these disagreements were resolved, both during and after the constitutional convention.

The Anti-Federalists oppossed the ratification of the Constitution. Whereas the Federalists approved of it. Anti - Federalists believed that the Constitution gave the goverment far too much power. Their disagreements were resolved by the approval of the Bill of Rights.
