Have you ever been confused as you read? did your confusion go away as you kept reading? good readers don't give up when they become confused. they try to fill in the missing details, arrange the pieces into patterns, or make predictions. they pay attention to questions that arise while they read, and they pay even more attention to those that remain when they are finished. while you read this section, write three questions that occur as you are reading. when you have finished reading the section, write three questions that you may still have. discuss your questions with other students in the class to you find answers.
