How did war between korea and china result in a blending of cultures in korea?

The war between China and Korea during the years 1950 - 1953 produced a mixture of cultures due to the great affluence of soldiers of the united nations in the Korean region that entered the country, producing therefore the phenomenon called "babies of mixed race".

i would say the executive branch is because the executive branch is in charge of enforcing the laws and judicial branch is in charge of enforcing but the executive branch is most responsible for it all so i would have to say the executive branch.
