There have been many different conflicts between France,Britain and Spain along the history for different reasons therefore, it is necessary to consider that when America was discovered and these countries started moving their interests to  America, so did their conflicts, specially regarding trade of goods and  territorial domination.

An alliance between Britan and Spain for trading in America, does not seem quite realistic,although,the South Sea Company, a British company created in 1711  to trade with South America, did not really register any significant benefit, so it is possible to conclude that Spain would not really share its monopoly through an alliance, so A is not probably a good choice.
