Loyalists were pro- British who maintained their allegiance to the king. They were different to the patriots on the other hand were mainly from New England and Virginia who fought against the British for American independence

The war had an impact on the Native Americans given their role in the war. Although they initially tried to stay out of the war, attacks by colonists prompted the Indians to support the British who promised to limit colonial settlements in the west. However, the patriots won the war  

people had jobs and began to work. that’s why the commercial revolution was great.
