My girlfriend has anxiety, so much so she is afraid to go to church with me. is there a way to her that will reduce her anxiety?

Seems like she has a social anxiety. I'm sorry to say that you can't do much to help her. Just wait for her to become comfortable by herself.

First off let me say YOU CAN HELP HER! I too have suffered anxiety to an extreme level. If she doesnt like going places you can find an online counsler/therapist that takes insurance or you could pay the low cost. Its confidential and safe and they are REAL therapists, theres also free sites too they are not as good but may help. You also need to be there for her and make her feel like there is nothing wrong with her. Just ask her to try the online therapy for you and say it would make both you and her happier. If you would like I can refer you to free sites or insurance paid or self paid therapists. (And no I do not work for these companys lol)
