I am assuming that this questions should read: Describe each of the six steps of the Employee Selection process. There are several steps that need to be followed from the time a position is advertised until the final selections are made.
They are:1. Application and preliminary screening interview2. Interview with company where employment is sought3. Potential employee competency tests4. Reference checks, credit ratings check as well as criminal record checks5. Employer decides which applicant to select6. Selected applicant needs to undergo a physical examination.
