What responsibility, as a healthcare consumer, does john have for his own medical condition?

John should make sure of the bear basics of health. This includes elementary principles, such as: Washing your hands frequently, being able to provide enough food and water in order to nourish his body, whatever prescriptions, vitamins, or medicine neccesary to his personal needs, an average amount of exercise, etc. 

Just try to give them some space. don’t cut them off completely or else they could become jealous, just give them some space and time to think. hope this .
