Briefly describe the factors and characteristics that influence conflict resolution.

Conflict resolution is a very crucial and challenging task especially for managers because you are required to deal with difficult people and even to people that you do not like. Some of the factors that influence conflict resolution is personal concept, the expectations, the situation and even the position of someone who tries to resolve a conflict. The personal concept is one big factor because it has something to do with the personal or the subjective side of the resolution. The pressure coming from the  expectations of the peers and the people is also another thing so do with the position and the type of situation.
