The Body Mass Index can be best described as the weight and height of an individual. The BMI is defined as the body mass divided by the square of the body height, and is universally expressed in units of kg/m2, resulting from mass in kilograms and height in metres. Hope this helps ;)

(BMI) Body mass index is best described simply by your weight in relation to your height. Unfortunately, BMI is not the best way to find your ideal weight. For example, someone could be short but have a lot of muscle and be considered obese on the BMI chart.
