Will you die if you put food coloring in your drink kool aid

First of all, there is artificial food coloring in many of the items that we consume worldwide. 

For example,
there are skittles, fruity pebbles, and thousands of other things that have the simple ingredient of food coloring. 

In retrospect, I do not believe if you consume food dye from a liquefied substance that you will die.
