Identify safety preparations that are common when exercising in extreme cold or extreme heat.

If its really cold make sure that you have on warm clothes. If you have asthma, always have your pump with you. Take breaks as much as you need to so you wont work yourself to death.
Now if its really hot, avoid wearing black because black attracts heat, and I know because I'm black. Drink lots of water and take as many breaks needed.
