Stress b. over tired/lack of deep sleep c. capacity to perform tasks or complex work d. increased risk of developing severe health issues (diabetes, etc) e. increased risk of obesity in certain circumstances. Two additional aspects of unhealthy lifestyle that involve nutrition could be: a. Lack of sleep - sleep, specifically REM or deep sleep regulates things like metabolism and digestion.
