One of the common symptoms of leukemia is a significant decrease in functional white blood cells. which components of nonspecific and specific immunity will be negatively affected by leukemia? which components of the immune system will remain unaffected?

The nonspecific immune components negatively affected by would be monocytes and their subsequent macrophages as well as neutrophils and basophils, and their release of enzymes. Physical barriers, like the skin, of the immune system, and mucous membrane's chemical defenses, like saliva's enzymes will not be effected. 
The specific immune components that will be negatively affected  would be both B and T lymphocytes, which would decrease the release of antibodies that fight pathogens and kill infected cells, leading to decreased memory of cells also causing decrease in potential immunity in the future.
