1. Onto ungreased cookie sheets, drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart.

2. Shape dough into 1-inch balls using hands; roll in additional granulated sugar. On ungreased cookie sheets, place about 2 inches apart.

3. Roll the dough ½ inch thick and cut with a 3 by 1-inch finger-shaped cutter.

4. Scrape some of the dough into your cookie press. Hold the cookie press perpendicular to the lined baking sheets and press out the cookies 2 inches apart.

5. Pour the batter into the baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
