For example: Being Physically fit is very important and improves your long term health. In an effort to improve my physical health and fitness, I chose to take a brisk walk rather than watch tv for an hour to improve my physical fitness.
Today, I decided to not to drink any soda for a week and increase my water intake. Making this change decreases sugar intake, lessens chance of illness associated with high sugar diets. Drinking more water hydrates the body and mind, improves digestion and clears skin.
