The Public Health Online site lists steps you can take to “land” a health and human services job. What items on that list could you start on now, or soon after entering college, if you wanted to pursue a job in health and human services? How would you start working on those items?
One of the sites recommended in this lab is directed towards government positions; the other two sites focus more on non-government employment. What would you say are the main differences between being a government employee and working for a business? What appeals to you more, and why?
