I’m 5’1 , 14 years old, and weigh 98-102.I would consider myself a really good dancer, I’ve been dancing for about 3-4 years, just kpop dancing nothing special. If I were to dance to kpop actual cherographys for 3 hours everyday would that help me lose weight fast or..? Also, how do you get slim legs instead of muscly ones..?
