Hello. I am 13 year old addicted to games. My grades are going really low. I went from the topper in my class before quarantine to now almost the worst. I really need some advice on how to improve.

1.)dr. natterson- horowitz came to realize that their isn't much of a difference between animals and humans. just like humans, animals can suffer from illnesses and diseases like breast cancer, self injury, anxiety, and many more. she also discovered how they even treated and performed surgical procedures on animals just as if the animal it self were human. the los angeles zoo called dr. natterson- horowitz because they knew that she was a doctor and that  she would be able to recognize what was wrong with the gorilla. they knew that humans and gorillas were similar, so instead of calling another veterinarian, they called a doctor.

T.j. is struggling with whether or not it is worth trying to quit his prescription drug abuse. he used to be dedicated to his family and friends, but he worries that his abuse has driven away everyone who cares about him so there is no point in quitting. what long-term benefits can you use to try to motivate him to make the effort to quit?
