How can a teen gain weight while being healthy

Um yea this might be weird to say up here but me and my girl got freaky and shoved a bottle up my but thole and now is stuck. so what do i do?

Is it bad to eat a whole cake and tub of ice cream by your self (doing it rn and my mom yelled at me)
