3. Margaret is a smoker. The facility where she works recently became a non-smoking campus. On her lunch break, Margaret takes her car to drive around off campus so that she can smoke. When she
returns she smells heavily of cigarettes. A resident complains to you that he feels sick to his stomach
when Margaret comes in to help, so he prefers you to help. You don't want to make Margaret angry
because you are assigned to work with her all week.
