Effect on the body: Stimulants, depressants, and hallucinogens all affect and trigger the receptors that affect each issue. Some can cause body and physical damage depending on what is being ingested.

They are obtained from prescriptions if a stimulant, from a liquor store or illegal sellers for depressents, and usually illegal sellers or from growing their own for hallucinogens.

Usually by mouth these can either be pills, edible substances, liquid, or injectables.

People may take stimulants for different medical issues, depressents because they can make you feel loopy or feel less pain aka alcohol, and to have out of body experiences and visuals for hallucinogens.
