Physical fitness gives you a better/nice body image. Your body image is one part of your self-concept. If you are physically fit your healthy mentally and physically.

don't compare yourself to others, this is a big one because due to photoshop and surgery people have this unrealistic image of what they should look like in their head.

think about good qualities you have and jot them down so can go back when you're feeling down about yourself.

make sure you have good hygiene, bathing often, face routine, brushing teeth.

well, it depends. it is natural to not fall asleep before 11: 00 p.m. teens need about 8-10 hours of sleep each night to function best.
