Rob comes from a very large family. As a kid, he looked up to his older cousin, Mike, who was always the life of any family function. Lately, though, the people who care about Rob are growing concerned, including his best friend, Jason. Some family members do not agree with the symbols that Mike has tattooed on his arms. They do not like the fact that he is wearing gang colors. Rob and Mike attend the same high school, where Rob is a freshman and Mike is a senior. Mike has had a few run-ins with the law, and his friends are active gang members. One day, Mike asks Rob if he wants to skip school and hang out with his buddies. They are planning to go joyriding in a stolen car at a park known as a center for criminal activity. Rob tells Jason where he is going, and asks if he wants to come along.

What should Jason do when Rob asks him if he wants to go to the park? Check all that apply.

A) tell Rob that the location he is going to is dangerous and should be avoided
stop talking to Rob to diffuse any sort of confrontation with Rob or Mike

B) ask Rob for more information and details about what he plans to do with his cousin

C) tell Rob no, but suggest that he stay away from drugs and alcohol if he chooses to go

D) offer Rob another activity to participate in, such as going to the movies instead
