what you're going to do is First grab a handful of tissues and hold that to your nose, you need to lean your head forward almost with your head completely down get over a sink and then start to kind of wash your nose a bit, just don't tell your head back and the reason why is because when you do that you could possibly end up choking on your own blood and you don't want to do that
