What food to avoid eating with braces

I'd say hard foods, don't mess with your bands in your mouth either. I ate a bunch of things with my braces, my bracket hasn't broke lol. as long as you're careful and watching out. also, drink soda with a straw so it won't stain your teeth lol :)
