How government contributes towards poverty alleviation social grant, nutrition programmes ,access to free basic education, free health care and housing?

Social grants is provided by the government in millions of people to escape the burden of poverty every month

nutrition programmes provided by the government orphans to eat and to students to attend classes regularly without being hungry

access to free education is to develop, maintain and support the school education system for 21st century in which all citizens have access to life long learning (improving the quality of life) 

free health care strategy is to reduce poverty for low income families 

housing is both a major part of the problem and the solution in stopping the rise in child poverty, housing providers can take a lead in tackling the problem 

"air pollution" is the correct answer i believe

One health risk and the most important one is obesity, it can cause obesity since you are not leveling your food like you wont ever get full because your just snacking between foods which can also cause diabetes.hope this : )
