You should always check the ingredient label.
Wether you are allergic to certain foods, or they are generally unhealthy and you wish to avoid them, always check the ingredients.
Check where your food came from; where it was made/grown, what factories it was processed in, where it was shipped, delivered, etc.
It should always have the location on the packaging.
If you doubt the safety of your food, you should always play safe.
Don't feel afraid of tossing any questionable food when it comes to your health.
