The best way to help people with eating disorder is to take them to a doctor because this is a huge problem. Some things you can do to that person is motivate them telling them that they are in good shape and that they don't need to exercise harshly ( people with eating disorder usually think they need to lose more weight and do harsh exercises to their body for long periods of time), another example is to tell them eating healthy would be better choice than rather eating nothing for long periods of time (people with eating disorder think they are gaining weight with a single thing they eat and start eating at all which later results to this even though they want to eat it's to late their body doesn't accept food and they just vomit), and lastly the best way to help and support them is to take them to a doctor because if it's to late cure the person can die. This problem is usually seen in teenage girls who think they are fat (which they are not) and start doing harsh diets, exercises, and which results to a weak immune system and they get sick more often because they are not getting the vitamin they need from food.
