In the hospital cafeteria, a hospital employee suddenly begins to cough loudly at her table. she appears to be trying to get something out of her throat. her eyes are watering and she continues to cough forcefully. what should you do?

You should first encourage the employee to keep coughing to try and clear the blockage, the thing in her throat. 
If she could not get the blockage out of her throat, next thing she should do is to try to spit out the object if it's in her mouth.
You should not put herfingers in their mouth to help her as she may bite you accidentally.
