What makes your vision bad? i have glasses, why? what is it in my eye that makes me see poorly

Hello, not taking proper health precautions like eating healthy can cause poor eyesight. As well as straining the eyes from watching to much electronics and or games. 
However the first part to ask when looking to make sure your eyes are healthy would be the Lens. The lens is composed of flexible tissues that allow you to focus and see lights!
