Walking would help improve her cardiorespiratory health because it is going to get her heart rate to go up and that will cause her to start breathing more heavily. The exercises will strengthen her heart because it will cause it to work the muscle more. It will strengthen her lungs for the same reason. The exercise would work the muscle making it better at what it does.
