The main factor that contribute to the current epidemic sexual transmitted infection is unprotected sex. Most youth of nowadays are more willing to take the risk and not use protection because of the pleasure difference between using protection and not using any protection.

Then we have poverty, poverty is actually a disease because it spreads disease. We have famiies, friends and neighbors sharing many sharp objects which can also contributes and lasting we have those who are actually on the streets sharing it to innocent people because they cant forgive.
