Well, if she's hurt, comfort her, and tell her how he wasn't worth her time anyway, and he's a dirtbag or something. Fake relationships are dumb, and anyone who want's to date someone just to date and not even really care about the person, must be pretty desperate.

Right now my father figure is going through the same thing. If this was me personally I would comfort them and be with them as much as you can. I would also tell them that they're not alone and other people are going through the same thing. If they're a fangirl I would comfort them with their otp and lots of fanfiction. I would also recommend Youtubers like Markiplier, Jacksepticeye, Kub scouts, Natewantstobattle, and Nateanddookie. Hope this helped at all. :3

teens need 8-10 hours of sleep. it kind of depends on what time you get up. but prob around 10 or 11 p.m. or 11 or 11: 30 p.m.
