Help please!! Robert is 25 years old. He wishes to maintain his cardiorespiratory endurance by swimming 25 laps 2x per week and biking for 30 minutes 2x per week. When he swims his heart rate is 135 bpm. When he bikes his heart rate is 110 bpm. Calculate his maximum heart rate.

Calculate his target heart rate (Threshold/Ceiling).

Which exercise should he do more of to maintain his cardiorespiratory endurance. Why? How can he intensify the other exercise to elevate his heart rate past his threshold?
