1. Wash your hands

2.Clean the  surface you are using

3. Clean the tools you are using

2. Make sure that your clothing will not be in or touch any food, roll up your sleeves or change if needed.

3. Wash your hands, and glove them in called for.

4. Make sure that you work surface is clean.
