why is it important to you and your family to undergo physical fitness test with health related fitness components​

to become healthy and to reduce risk of illnesses and disease of health related factors

i had an assignment in the biology course where i should write a few paragraphs about an experience. the teacher didn't give us a rubric. if i had one i could have paid closer attention to the criteria that has the highest scores. this could have improved my grade.
