The components of health (cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, composition) are related to wellness as they help in strengthening the condition of the heart and at the same time makes the muscles stronger and healthier.  

In addition to that, they help in physical wellness by weight loss, and help attain flexibility. Improves mental and emotional wellness. It adds in having better quality of sleep and reduces stress. It helps in decreasing the risks of many diseases. In order to achieve a healthy living these health related components help us in our wellness  

they both can be important it depends on how you view them. wanting love can consume someone it shouldn’t be forced or it won’t work. caring about love is just a acknowledgment of how love work. : )
