What to do with a mom that tells me to shut up, keeps reminding me of how overweight I am and compares me to my younger self who I no longer am. She also talks negatively about me in front of me with other family members and is the reason why I'm so insecure about my body shape and pickiness.

Not only a mom that makes me feel ugly or overweight but I also have a brother that makes me feel like I'm mentally ill :-)
