How do I ignore my brother/feel better about myself Whenever I make a small mistake or do something wrong my brother says there is something wrong with me and that I need help, he also says I'm ret*rd*d whenever I say something incorrect, at first I didn't care but now he's been doing it more recently to the point I feel like there is actually something wrong with me, that I have a mental illness.. Today, in the morning he said I was ret*rd*d because I accidentally raised my voice a bit too loud, a few hours ago he said something was wrong with me too, when he did that I almost cried but I kept my tears hidden. I don't understand why he does this even though he has said to my other siblings and me that "You shouldn't call a person stu pid, eventually they will feel like they are when they aren't." I have already been dealing with mental health problems like isolation, lack of comfort, and insecurities so being told I have a mental illness or something is wrong with me just adds more to the problem.

Anyways, any advice?
