Help! I am so forgetful and I am only 18. Like I can't even remember the simple things. I forget what to write down after my dad told several times. I can be so absent-minded. I used to love talking with people but now I just want time alone. Last July, I had a terrible accident (not a car) and I feel so guilty. I feel like a loser, and I can't do anything right. I need help I forget even when someone tells me several times. I don't know what is wrong with me? I just want to slip away from the world. Life is so hard sometimes and I am not good at coping. I don't understand myself. I have a very good life. I have a good parents, and kind siblings. I have good grades and friends yet I feel like I a loser and don't deserve anything, and I shouldn't be here.
