I have some tips as to control my anger.
-try to find out as to why you're angry and try to reason it out
-if you're really upset, try distracting yourself from hurting or injuring yourself (ex: take a walk, read, etc)
- relax yourself. take some time to calm yourself.
-if you end up wantig to hurt yourself in anyway, try to find something that won't hurt you as bad (as crazy as that sounds, it works)
