The girls should exercise to address them with a positive attitude, along with adequate reflexes and balance. Playing 45 minutes of volleyball burns up to 585 calories. It strengthens the upper body, arms, shoulders, thighs, abdominals, and lower legs and intensifies toning.

The benefits of a positive approach are when people want to talk to you about exercising, granting you the social support you need. It encourages your motivation to exercise.
