if i have many things going on at once ill prioitize and get whatever i can get done right there and then. if i know its something i cant focus on right now or something that needs to be dealt with after i do everything else then ill stress a little less about it because i know im working on getting there. plus the fewer things i have going on means the less stress and more focus i can put into other things. im not sure if this helps or not but i can go on if you need me too.
