How do I tell my foster parents I feel sad and I want to hurt myself? There physically abusive to me and they always say im ugly and useless.

I always thought you guys will take care of me and now U guys are treated me like this that I'm ugly and useless. And if you didn't want me why do you guys choose me. '' And if they don't listen to you I will say this '' If you guys don't me then I will find a new family who will love, and raise like as if I were their own child. ''

Try slowly opening up to them and that you're feeling this way. I'm not an expert in this kind of topic but I've been to a therapists before because of a similar situation. If that isn't an option (which is totally ok), maybe try talking to a close friend and bring up ideas. And of course there's the "Aging out of foster care" transition...I don't don't know when the aging transition takes place (probably when your and adult)
